The service was excellent, including a rich and delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs, omelettes. The room was new-fashioned and neat with garden view, a couch as expected. As for me, the location was marvellous and fab, not far from the Island, the square and beach restaurant.

Quite comfortable experience there. Location really close to the town center, and Ixtapa Island twice and Playa Las Gatas. Again, walking distance to Partenon. Extremely comfy bed in the king room, plus climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Amazing bathroom with a tub. The staff was accommodating and affable and the breakfast was SATISFACTORY.

When I am in Ixtapa, I like staying here. In overall, the place is little, has affable staff from service. It has amazing and fantastic location to La Isla restaurant. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

Its location was marvellous, on the patio or on the beach, and in a new area. The room was spotless and large, provided with comfortable beds and a garden view, as for instance. We were greeted by affable, incredible staff.

Got varied breakfasts with sausage, nachos plus scrambled eggs. We were offered a decent sized room with a big balcony, everything was good. The location was favourable, for example, a busy beach was at walking distance from the hotel.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was impeccably clean with outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff from service to house keeping. The setting was great and fab, just next door to Ixtapa Island twice and Playa Las Gatas and the a le carte.

The suite overlooks the ocean and includes coffee and tea making facilities, and glassware. The location is particularly good and fab, just a short walk away from Boulevard Paseo Ixtapa. The airport is 12 miles away, easy to get to.

everything is good here, had a really really nice stay on vacation. the location is good and fab and personnel is efficient. 16 minutes drive to the airport, it is located very close to restaurants across the street. the building is lovely and the rooms are decent size with a very nicely updated bathroom and a balcony, for instance.

The hotel was in a great position next to the dinning areas and The Generals' sports bar and The Generals' restaurant and the nightlife and shops. It also was down on the beach.

The variety in the restaurants was great! The hotel rooms and beds were very comfortable. Conveniently located. Enjoyed the Christmas festivities with a big turkey dinner, buffet-style meals, and Santa arriving by parasail. The beach and view were incredible.

Felt special, nothing too much trouble.

Great and little accommodation with favourable setting close to The Generals' sports bar and The Generals' restaurant, the restaurants, and the dinning areas. Superbly friendly staff from service to house keeping, spotless and reasonably large rooms for the chair. Fast check-in, easy check-out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Price performance is super! . Always happy here!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful Pacific beach and close to the ocean, which was very nice. The hotel facilities were impressive, with everything conveniently located. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

All in all our stay was quite comfortable, no complaints. A double room was decent sized and brand-new had hypo-allergenic pillows. The service was excellent, we had a rich and delicious breakfast. Well, free Wi-Fi was available in public areas.

Stayed in modern king room with nice large balconies and comfortable beds, for instance. The location of the hotel was great - at a short distance from Boulevard Paseo Ixtapa.
